Dr. G: Ok, I took some blood and we should have the results back tomorrow. Call me and-
Carrie Bradshaw starts to fret and bounce around Nina. Nina paces a bit looking dazed. This is usual.

Kim: (to Carrie) Stop it. (to Dr. G.) You were saying?
Dr. G.: I really think it's just a bad reaction to the medication. Stop that one altogether, but keep her on the others.
Kim: Thank you. (gives Dr. G. a hug) Thank you as always.
Carrie Bradshaw: (curious...to Dr. G.) Do you also treat chickens?
Fade as Kim and her furry charges leave, Carrie Bradshaw details her side of the story to Nina...
Carrie Bradshaw: The Girl LET the vet take you- yes, yes, I know he's a real vet, but she TOLD him it was ok to take you and I said not to and I wanted to save you and she made me go into a timeout but I was worried and I wanted to save you because it's almost lunch time and I wanted to save you because you needed my help and-

*Please refer to the introduction post in this blog for explanation and inspiration behind this blog. Basically, as Nina gets older, she develops various medical problems; the more carefully I listen to what she tries to tell me, the more I can explain to the vet what is happening. And Carrie Bradshaw simply goes by her full name.
